Help cant start setup

When i download the client thing
i click it to download the instal setup thing but a message pop up saying A connection With the server could not be established,please restart the downloader .
i tried restarting my computer but still the same message /i tried downloading again but still same message . So is there a new link to download a working one ? because i cant get it to work .

It could be a problem with your internet connection. Reset your modem and try again. If not, it's most likely due to your location being too far from the servers and your internet connection not being strong enough.
