Delete your XTrap file on Cross Fire and restart Cross Fire. It should redownload all XTrap files.

It's located in:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Z8Games\CrossFire\XTrap
or
C:\Program Files\Z8Games\CrossFire\XTrap

It should work [it redownloads a fresh copy of XTrap].
