Need Help!!!!

Normally I click on the crossfire icon, and the gameguard shield pops up, then the game loads... just yesterday, I tried playing cf but after the game guard shield loaded, I got a pop up window with just the "OK" button. This is the first time that this has happened, and I tried all the solutions that I read in the forums;

I restarted my PC, I uninstalled and deleted those 2 folders that were left on my drive of crossfire, then I re-installed the game, tried playing again and the same window pops up. After I click on the "OK" button, it stops the load process and if I dont click on it, nothing happens, the game just wont load.

I flushed my DNS cache using the command prompt. I even tried turning off the firewalls but that didnt work,

My PC specs;
Microsoft XP service pack 3
Processor; Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.06GHz
Storage; 149 GB
memory; 2g
Firewall; Shawsecure 8.02 (active)
Windows firewall (active)
