need help with crossfire errors

could someone please help me with my crossfire hack tools
when i play crossfire, it frequency come up with 'HACK TOOLS HAS BEEN DETECTED 4:00' even i did not hack.

Did you get ban(FALSE BAN ONY)?
If you got ban please file a support ticket at

Under
Cross Fire> Technical Support

explain to them what happend to your account.

Did you get ban(ACTUAL BAN FOR SPECIFIC REASON)?
WAIT UNTIL THE BAN IS OVER.
