Poll on S&D Maps

Is it just me or did S&D maps get a whole lot sillier, it seems to me after the mine was released they gave up on designing real competitive maps and are just using COD scale along with bad designs, bombsites and such. Sure you can make the argument that we have 8 great maps to choose from (7 if you count mexico out or any map you believe is bad) but we get tired of playing the same maps over and over, not to mention all the spots you can get stuck or how black widow no longer allows spam spots.

Now I don't want any of the relentless bullsh1t that goes on the barracks, this is a discussion. I don't care if your good or bad, know little english. Aslong as your not flaming the hell out of eachother go ahead and state yes or no if you believe S&D maps are silly with a reason, otherwise i'm only a few clicks from getting it locked.

Black Widow and Eagle Eyes are my fav S&D maps. But I don't like the Mexico map.

I agree entirely with this opinion. Eagle Eye, Black Widow and Sub Base are by far the best. Downtown, Mine and Desert Storm are biased, and Mexico is just boring to play.

i know Mexico to you is considered a Crap map but
my favourites are; Mexico, SubBase, Downtown, Port

Well from a competitive point of view Ceyhan is good.


3 entrances to each bomb site. Map is pretty open, but allows for some creative smoke grenades.

Then again I just play the game, I don't go around criticizing whether the map is competitive or not.

anyways, i agree with bruce, except i like downtown. then again, i lieked the mine when it first came out, 2months after i was tired of it, and now i usually only play it if a clanmate is on n he wants to play it. eagle is still the sh1t, always will be, never cared for black widow, idk, my opinions r mixed i guess. ^_^'

Downtown should be like a 10 v 10 map.. people in clan wars do it on 3v3s?? wdf?? anyway, I like playing E.E., Black Widow is overused by chinese clans.

Port is the best map by far.
Then Eagle Eyes
Desertstorm
Downtown.

I like port and EE because theyre a great mix and just awesome. Desert and downtown are good because theyre big maps which i like,rather than small maps were im always flanked. And the lower pingers always win in small maps(tanking).
I'd like to see De Dust 2 coming in,I've heard that its very good. A lot of the maps here suck though,especially mine,sub base,factory and mexico i just hate.

come on guys ur forgettin my fav, santoria. It has heaps of variables, different types of attack can be used as well as some different bomb sites, love placing c4 ontop of shipping containers at a with 1 person left. the whole team can see bomb bar them =D

Downtown is just far too big for the typical 5v5.

You could easily get away with stacking everyone in the building at A site. If they plant B then rotate 3 alley and 2 road and nade everything.

dude when you clan is smart enough you can re-routate easy and pick them out also a lot fo teamwork is requid on this map so i think a lot more fun .. i would personal rate the score 9/10 only some ladder glitch when you wanne go to the tunnels is a bit annoying but for the rest i like this map rly bad !

I like Desert Storm and Santoria, or at least I like them more than Mexico. The mine is gay. Downtown is hella bad. There is no reason to even have an 'A' site. Might as well just make everyone duke it out in B like some kind of sick joke of an EM match.
