Hackers don't just hack your account unless you did 1 of the following 3 things.
1. You "tried" to download/buy hacks but got key logged
2. You shared account information by trying to get free ZP or buying/selling accounts.
3. You account name and password is really obvious and easy to guess.

The only chance you have to get back your account is #3, and you must have proof that your account was yours, by showing Z8 some ZP purchases or other stuff showing that you owned it before.
If you got hacked because of #1, #2, then it is your fault for losing your account and the account will get banned and no one will be able to use it because you didn't follow the TOS and the account is Z8's property.

Posting your problem here will do nothing. If you shared your account it is your fault. Only the support team can help you, to get your account back you need proof of ZP purchase or a different way of showing that it is your account.

Another one of these. Like people have nothing better to do than hacking crossfire accounts. I mean, seriously?
Don't download any hacks or share ur info, that should help. -_-
Also wait a bit longer for the support to answer, and if they don't - just send another support ticket. U better show that this is really ur account( transaction ids etc )

Yep.

I hope you don't get account back, because some didn't "hack" your account. If you kept your information to yourself, they would have never hacked your account. It's your problem for trying to download/buy hacks for websites that are spammed, or by giving away your account information for "free ZP".
You said yourself, your password is 8 random numbers, so why would they waste their time trying to hack it when over people have better accounts with more guns/GP/ZP.

You could have dled viruses from file nothing to do with CF.
Maybe it was your relatives?

A keylogger could easily hack your accounts.

Only a few ways to lose your account to someone else.

1. You downloaded something with a keylogger on it that looks for CF info.
(Hacks, sound mods, visual mods, wallpaper,etc...)

2. You shared your info with someone else and they stole it or gave it away.

3. You played on a public computer that some else downloaded a keylogger on.
(Intentionally or otherwise).

4. You made your info ridiculously easy to guess.

5. You made a account on another site for something and used the same password and login name. (If you only use 1 default password and account name for things then the ones who made the sites got access to all your accounts)



Best way to be secure is to not share your info with anyone, only play on private computers, don't use the same name and pass for everything, and don't download anything you aren't 100% sure is safe.

You can only blame yourself. If he "hacked" you why would he hack your account and not someone else? If he is a real "hacker" he probably would have hacked a gm or moderators account a long time ago. You must have gave him your information for example free Zp or gp. As I said, you can only blame yourself.

Then continue to wait.

Remember to answer any inquires asked by the Support team. If you cannot comply with their requests for more information, more than likely you won't get very far in getting your account back.
