If The Graphics Card Note Say The Minimum System Requirements
Two 6-Pin PCI Express Supplementary Power Connectors an Minimum 500W or Greater System power supply[with a minimum 12v current rating of 30A]Do i have to be The same, The Requirements Write?.

My Pc:
System:window 7 64bit Operating System.
Processor:AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 250 Processor 3.00GHz.
Ram:5.00GB.
Graphics Card:Nvidia GTX 560TI (1GB GDDR5).
Power Supply:230W Max.

If i need those Requirements can some one find One for me the Requirements above?

Get up to a 500 watt power supply and you can run alot of video cards but why do you need another when you have the 560ti?

The fact that it's a lowly 230W suggests that it's lacking in an additional six-pin, and any real efficiency (presumably it came with your pre-built PC).

Get a decent 750w 85% (Bronze) efficiency GPU with at least 2 12v six-pins and 40a+ before you even think of buying that card.
Otherwise, it's just not gonna work.

Actually a 500w power supply is enough for a gtx 680, for this card should 400w be enough.

400w, on a 560Ti?
Hah, have fun with that.

500w may be sufficient for a 680, provided it has decent efficiency and a higher amperage for it wattage, but I'd personally not run such a hefty card on a lowly PSU.

Besides, if you can afford a non-underclocked 680, I'm sure you can afford a decent 40A-60A PSU to run it on.

Im actually running a 550ti with a 350W PSU in my second pc, i dont think the 560ti needs that much more power.

I wouldn't see 350W being an issue for a 550Ti.
It's only a basic card.

Enough to know that most mid-class graphics cards are coming with a adapter from molex(dont know if its right, its called so in germany) to pci-e.

You'd use an adapter to power a primary GPU on a low-end PSU?
Those are supposed to be used for CrossFire or SLI setups, not as your main connection.
