Game Booster, to help raise fps and possibly lower ping!

lately ( specially after the patch ) i've seen A LOT OF HIGH PING PLAYERS in each room

i'm probably the only 1 with other 2 or 3 who have ping below 50 all others have

200+ so here is my suggestions about stuff you could do to NOT LAGG or to NOT annoy
people with your lagg:
1. download game booster, Gamebooster can boost the game's performance which will lower your ping.

2. close all other applications while playing CF.

3. if that doesn't work too, then try another server, Alpha and the server below it are for

North America, so playing on it could cause you to lag horribly, if you are from S.america

then try Delta and the servers below, if you are on Europe then you know what to do...

UK has made ALOT servers for yall, i hope BR will do the same soon so you could enjoy the

game too, after all this is international version and it most have all servers for player around

the world to enjoy it, and NOT make others angry and call you hacker because your high
ping can show that the other person killed you through the wall.

please don't be offended if you are BR, or European cuz i'm just trying to help.

Game booster raises the FPS but it is not lowering the ping, unless it is closing programs with heavy internet use.

that's the point, close all other programs for better ping and GB for better FPS, and better FPS means better Ping -_-

FPS ≠ Ping =.=
Ping is the internet connection speed from your computer to the server. FPS is determined by your computer.

i know what FPS is....
but i'm saying that When it boost the game that doesn't mean ONLY the FPS increases, it'll lower the ping too...
and don't say no cuz i tried it my self.

Gamebooster doesn't even rise your FPS that much, it'll mostly just prevent sudden drops.

Your FPS and your ping are totally unrelated...

LOL GameBooster does no affect what so ever to your ping. It eliminates program using RAM, so it can free it up for the one program that needs it, Cross Fire.
Even if it does close massively usage of internet applications, the ping will still remain the same.
Well it depends on your internet, but according to your post, I'm assuming that other people have internet better than Dial-Up, so closing those programs won't do anything.
To really do some affect on changing your ping, just go into your registry and change some TCP files around.

i don't use it either but i was loading a movie so my ping became about 150, so i turned it on and it helped me a lot actually.

Gamebooster is useless. Also, if you want to raise your ping, consider purchasing a better connection from your internet service provider. If your internet service provider doesn't offer a higher speed, then consider switching to a better internet service provider.

IF you don't want to do any of that then find out when is the best time to play Crossfire. In other words. Find out how which times of day your ping is the lowest. I noticed that from 3am to 10am is the best time for me to play Crossfire because my ping is the lowest and my shots register better. Throughout the rest of the day, I suffer.

i am aware of this but think it like me,i am from europe so i play in uk servers my ping is 40-50 and in all the rooms i play half of us have ping below 90 and the rest has over90(100-500),and when they enter in the room,the room goes nuts,and they tank my low ping with their lag.so i prefer playing in alpha or bravo server cuz there my ping is 138-160 and most of the players have similar ping,of course that in this 2 servers the low pingers tank me and this i can't understand why low ping in alpha and bravo can easy kill me or others with high ping and i can't do the same in uk servers against high pingers.and one last thing i have more fps on bravo and alpha servers 130-200,and in uk servers 90-130,why is that i can't understand.

And I reduced my lag spikes by scanning viruses and changing font back to previous one.
I don't know how just changing the font reduced my lag.. + FPS lag

Game Booster it's not really working for me , you should try guys GBoost that's works for me and i'm gettin' like +20-30 FPS boost. (from 100 that i usually have)

Gamebooster 3.4.0 (the technical Recommended Version) Shot my fps, lagged my game, and was just overall terrible. I would recommend getting Game Booster 3.5.0 (The beta Version) because for me atleast it raised my fps 30-50fps from 30in 8v8's. It also seems to steady my fps and create a smoother transition of frames.
