Lagging SPOP?

A few of my buddies and I were playing some rounds last night and they noticed some warping/lag while I was a SPOP but when I switched to SWAT it went away, also my ping never was above 48 and my FPS was never below 90. I was just wondering if anybody else has experienced this issue?

hmm, my Fps dropped when I use a spop cause my PC has to load more texture and sounds for the character. Swat, Omoh, SAS has less textures and sounds to load. That MIGHT be your FPS problem, dunno about PING. Also, SAS for the win.

I don't know how to explain whats happening I'm going to see if they will send me a replay of theres and see if I can see it on theres and if so i'll post a video of what I'm talking about so you guys can see.
