Crossfire Runs slow on vista?

i jsut got vista a week ago and i downlaoded crossfire and crossfire is moving very slow it takes 1 min for 1 match to laod and my clan mates with vsta it takes them 2 sec -_-
and i need help my pc dont go no viruses no problems it is brand new so help me jsut please
Ive tried:
Game booster
Fraps but nothing

Why do you use Fraps if your game is slow?
What are your specs?
