How to scrim / clan match in CF?

Hey guys WCG still announced CF for this year. I play CS 1.6, I may be trying to compete for WCG Canada. Can anyone tell me how to get clan matches / scrims against possibly top players in CF? cheers

Basically, the channel echo 8 acts as a place to get scrims easily. It acts in a similar way to IRC for 1.6. Just go in there, spam 5, and set up a scrim vs another team.

You'll need to use Basic weapons and Basic characters. No fancy stuff.
