is this not allowed?????
My really nooby friend with no skills whatsoever recently bought an AWM. Since he sucks so much with it, he decided to DRAW a crosshair on A PIECE OF TAPE and tape it in the middle of his screen, whenever he uses his AWM. (yes, I know, fail, fail, fail)
So, what kind of a dumb idea was this?]
His.
Is this fair in CrossFire?
Also, I will not be releasing his name.

Yes, how is it breaking the rules in anyway? -

Back to the topic. I've never thought of someone doing this. I guess if its works for him then GJ. And its not against the rules as far as I know.
as of that date, it was rank 95 :P

so what if you run a crosshair program thats cheating right?
Yes.
Using 3rd party programs that give you an advantage is against the rules.
Of course programs like ventrilo and the such are fair game, but a program that gives you a crosshair when the developers purposely did not put one in is against the rules.
But using tape etc is all good. It really does help for a bit, but once you've got it down its best to take it off, kinda like training wheels. -

did he come from css scoutknifez or w/e it is. people use to dot on their 24/7. just tell him awm no scope is way different than css no scope. -
Vent is a third party program. = =
Really, you weren't supposed to be able to communicate to people when you die. That is ghosting, though more in the literal term rather than what most people use it as.
Problem is that there has never been a way to stop them and its basically an accepted fact that in any competitive/fps game you need a VOIP.

Apparently, if you use a program to draw a line on your screen then you're hacking.
But then if you take a marker and draw a line on your monitor you're not hacking. WTF?
The difference is that there's nothing in the ToS against using markers on your screen, but there is against using 3rd party programs in conjunction with the game. Look at it this way - if you use any kind of software to give you an advantage, it's against the ToS. If not, you're clear. -

I didnt bother reading this but tell you this. If you no scope with awm the bullet will go at any random direction, thats why u no scope at really close range, other then that, quick scope. -- LastAvenger
