Hey guys i bought like a few days ago a AK Silver and i didn't get it? I waited all the time and i didn't get it? I sent a support ticket and i didn't get a response. Any mod to help me?

I buy 6 crates (x2) it ge tmy 2800 BP and i cant get crates then i send support ticket and get my BP back ^^
