rezshader missing!

It says that I dont got the rezshader something, I have uninstalled the game and re-installed it, I downloaded the newest client and I have read the tutorial and downloaded all the files that could be the problem, still this rezshader is missing, please help me as fast as you can!
Really wanna play the game now!

rezshader is actually a file inside the Crossfire file. Turn off any anti-virus software, then reinstall the game.

I reinstalled it, deleted my anti-virus and restaret the pc, i downloaded the newest client, everything.. still same problem -.-
