Simply do these steps:

1- Login on your account

2- Click these links by your favor:
Black List- http://clan.z8games.com/membership_apply.aspx?guildid=54996&guildname=Black+List
Globak Risk- http://clan.z8games.com/membership_apply.aspx?guildid=55000&guildname=Global+Risk

3- Wait 1 second - 24 Hours and you will have your ribbon

Although im not sure, and MODs don't usually come on at this hour.

No because if your already in a clan you cant apply to another clan unless you leave the first -_-.

You have to join either the Black List, or the Global Risk clan to even participate in the Rival Faction event. You can join it even if you are in a clan, and it will not show that you are a part of the BL/GR clan in-game.

There is no need to close this thread.
