Plz I need help

Every time when I try joining a game I get Black screen for like 3 minutes I mean like completely black and when im running full screen it goes half then to full and when I join I crash most of the time. Also it happens when i'm exiting a game. This problem hasn't happen to me previous times. Please I need some help fixing this problem.

Ps. I also bought new graphics card and I have most recent drivers( GeForce 220)

try rght clicking the game, going to properties and compatability, run service pack 2. And if you can run the game as admin. helps me

Recommendations: Get More Ram, Clean Out Your Registry, and Defrag Your Hard Drive.

have you tried redownloading and installing while having your anti virus uninstalled?
