The video isn't from CF, it's just to show you the definition of K-walk. Anyway, it's a lot easier in SF than in CF, where you have to tap crouch a lot faster. -

K Jumping is technically already in the game, once in it's technical form and once using a different method.
K Walking works by tapping the crouch/shift key to reset the footstep sound loop, as the beginning of the loop is silent. By constantly resetting the loop before it hit the part with sound, you remain silent. K Jumping works in SF the same way, by landing crouched you don't make noise, and by jumping at the right timing you move faster than a normal walk.
In CF, jumping and landing make no noise by default. This means that jumping, landing, and jumping is the exact same as the K Jump in SF, you have no need to crouch because the jump itself resets the sound loop.
Bunny Hopping is a better way of doing this, but as you never hit the ground, and therefor never even BEGIN the footstep loop, it can't be considered the same as a K Jump. -

So whats the point of crouching? Doesnt just pressing shift at the start of the cycle make it silent anyway? -

The only advantage to crouching is that your head bobs up and down, so you're stupid to hit and loo hilarious. Speed wise, shift is faster.Gh0st_Slay3r wrote: »bhop is easier.
Yea, except when going up stairs and peaking it makes no sense to B-Hop in most cases.
