Improve Support System

There are many hackers were reported, but they still use hack tool or couldn't get banned. I suggest we should have new solution which can ban instantly hackers or at least kick them out of room with some bugs (like previous patches) like the special effect grenade in Navy Seal/ Spring 2011 did the good job until they remove the bug.
The current support system is good as security account IMO, but very slow in banning hackers. There are only few staffs work on hack issue, yet I know it. However, I couldn't stand a chance with wall hackers. My beg is on you. Thank

I am pretty sure that z8 staff are trying their best to prevent Cheaters, Bugs and other things that need to be fixed. Do not for get they do not do all of this. G4 box or something like that does the work on it.

I know they work hard on it. Sometimes I send many hackers to support system like 2 or 3 times to remind them these people use hack tools (very clearly), but when I check last date they are still free. I think there are no difference if I send ticket on 4th time, so I'm suppose to make this thread with hope.

Hack reports are checked over frequently, but not during weekends. They aren't ignored, but you may also not receive a response. Action will be taken if you've provided enough evidence, and I'm sure Z8Games really appreciates the time you took to provide that evidence. Don't give up, continue reporting hackers.

Remember there are like millions of people playing this game. Your just going to have to be patient for a reply, And if you reported someone z8 will just msg you saying thank you.

This isn't exactly a suggestion, because you're pretty much ranting for 90% of this thread.

Anyways, I think they're doing a fine job. They aren't going to create an intentional bug simply to make it easier to DC hackers, as it also means you'll have trolls in every game DCing everyone just for the fun of it.

They're totally understaffed, but xTrap and the support team are doing an amazing job with stopping hackers and banning those who get past xTrap.
