UGC is "Ultimate Game Card" (name of the prepaid card and company).

The idea is that you would already be depositing zp and you get something free along with it. It is a zp gun in its own right so the deal is just a little nice bonus. For some it could be an incentive although it isn't necessarily meant to be.

2-. You have to use a specific payment metod.

A free thing, is something you get without pay something or do something to get it. I give you 5 bucks free if you deposit 10k ZP in my account hahahaha
