Just a quick question aboout the Replay System

So isn't the Replay System basically like recording and doesn't recording make a game FPS lower? So if there was an option to disable the Replay System wouldn't that result in an increase in FPS?

im pretty sure the replays are server side, so it would not have much to do with your personal computer
