Wouldn't it be better to have a disable chat feature that the OP is suggesting rather than chat blocking 15 noobs per game, every game individually?

I agree. Recently I've found myself looking at chat for no apparent reason, and then I die. This usually happens while I'm aiming for someone thats just around the corner, and I'm waiting for them to peak, I look at chat, then see the person peak and they kill me.

In my opinion, there should be an option to leave just friend chat, clan chat or public chat, or disable all of them.

+infinite, because it will also give a boost to FPS.

More like select all or unselect all list
Select all, and than unselect your friend and press OK.
