I know that the M4 Gold has been nerfed, but was the M4 Gold Tiger also nerfed?
and are there more differences?

There were rumors back in 2009 ish (perhaps early 2010) that the ScarL was nerfed. Is this true?

OT: M4 Gold hasn't been nerfed. It has always been less powerful than the M4.
