the best way to test ur ping is cmd
go to cmd then type "ping -t facebook.com" for american servers like alpha or bravo
for the uk servers type"ping -t google.com.uk"
try and tell me the results
for americans i got 200:220
for uk i got 85:110

old story ... and to ping google server is not the same ... on my old provider had 24 ping on google and 50 - 65 on uk servers ... so ping server directly ... all about latency
