wdf?!!?

almost every time i try to join a game the window for crossire freezes up!
it just says "not responding" and just stays that way. so please someone help before i go crazy enough to delete crossfire!!!

Your link Doesn't work And As far as the screen freezing it is when you load crossfire or when you join a game

thats why the kwl people use XP 8D hardly get errors if your usin XP aswel then i suppose ur XP is kinda messed up but hehe ye i get this problem not all the time just now and again after i joined a game just as i start 2 move from the spawn mine says that i just close and reload the game

try getting a game booster or advanced system care and using its smart ram in its utilities part check on the manufacturer's website to see if there is an update for your graphics card or laptops chipset might be that your card or chipset cant keep up if its to out of date

Nothing with Graphics, It's most likly Lag the people around you have high ping causing you to lag and then you move to last you start to Feel like your glitching and then you dc My Suggestion would be to Scan your Computer and do a Disk clean up


Windows XP > Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Clean up

Windows Vista Go to Start In The Search Bar type in Disk Cleanup

This should have some affect to keeping it from not doing it. If it keeps doing it please feel free to repost or PM ME

lol if you noticed he said it frezzes not dc's lol if its dc then its lag thats the problem plus if you have played in game with people with like 20 odd ping yet they are skippin around looking like there doing small teleportations then that is fps lag because the graphics is tryin to keep up lol.

not for me lol i never DC if i freeze i left mine for 10 mins once just to see if it would unfreeze i left it for 10 mins cos i got distracted by some anime hehe XD

I have vista too and i also freeze up often. Usually when im in a small room, like 1vs1, 2vs2, or 3vs3 nd i click join game, crossfire freezes up and if i click on the sceen a widows message will say"this program is not responding, would you like to close the program anyway" or something like that.

Did you try what Slegion posted. Windows XP > Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Clean up
