CF problem

ok so i know one thing: this problem is very rare. only two more people reported about it. it is something like this:
|CF Client Message|
Close the game then try again

that's it.no one even tried looking at mine or the other guys problem. please help. im using Win XP , IE 7, the game used to work properly before.
