WTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! crossfire gives the winchester a bad rep. this gun is said to be powerful and accurate but they put it in the game with not enough power to shoot across a map and even when im right in front of some1 i go to shoot them when they are still and cant fkin hit them.......like rlly????????????? i think they need to make this gun way more accurate so it goes where i actually shoot it.....

what about all of you what do you think???????

the game's meant to be fairly modern so the older weapons are going to be good as the more modern ones in some respects.

I hear this weapon has been around in the early 1900s. It makes perfect sense why z8 would give those stats. Imagine weapons that were 50 years old are beating modern weapons. Winchester is like a WWII relic, not a real gun to use in scrims and tournaments.

yea but this gun was made to shoot moving buffalo on horse back it has to be INCREDIBLY accurate to do tht....and even now its considered one of the best rifles out there

i wanna say something liek gm saidin said : this was a patch just for the anti hack systym xtrack.....not for new guns actually...
but in a next patch they prob give winchester more power now all stop cry abouth this lol and keep gaming with ur other guns...

and btw the thomson is a perfect gun so idk what is wrong to this patch?

Not really as that would be saying an AK>Mosin-Nogant. Yes the AK shoots faster etc but the Nogant has 2-3 times the range. So if your a mile away with this gun no way the AK or even M4/M16 could take this gun. Also out of the 3 the Nogant even though is a WWII Relic its still the most powerful. The trend isnt power these days but accuracy and range.

But thats what the Winchester lacks is power even though it uses massive bullets compared to the other guns.

Trust me many weapons that are over 50 years old are very well made. Some of the finest and most accurate weapons are the older makes and models. The Winchester 30-30 is a very nice gun, You can buy one new off the shelf today virtually identical to the original model, Why is that? Because it was perfect just as it was.

Well balanced, Light weight, Quick follow up shots (at the time the lever action was a very big advancement) And the 30-30 round was a very capable round, not too over bearing and hard on the shoulder, but still more than enough to kill in one shot. My favorite thing about a 30-30 in real life is its compact size weight and manueverability, but yet plenty powerful at the ranges I intend to use it if im out scouting the bush. (Far easier than lugging the bolt action 30-06 around, I prefer that when camping the blind or another location where long range shooting comes into play, IE 100 yards+) But when running the bush ill take the ole' 30-30 any day, less snags and lighter and easier on me.


So I was kinda disappointed in the Winchester in game, But If its as Fallen has stated, it was done purposely and this is a video game, so im ok with that.
