so i made a new clan but my parents wont buy ventrilo servers and yes im only 12 years old i was wondering if anyone had a ventrilo with a channel i could get ADMIN rights to and use for my new clan , let me know? please.

1. Your rank
2.Your age
3. Have u REALLY got skill?
4. Communicating software
5. Respect

Tip for starting a new clan:
Dont just start a clan and expect evry1 to join... make sure u have atleast 4 freinds joining then u will get ur clan off in no time

PS. i aint a clan leader but my guesses are probably not BS

i have a good freind helping me level it but i need ventrilo cause we need to comminucate Koolaid was nice enough to offer.

I didn't like what that other guys said about 5 things you need as a clan leader
So here are the 5 things that I think are essential:

1) Are you able to effectively manage, and communicate with, a large group
2) Are you willing to put in hour after hour studying tactics and replays
3) Do you have a good enough reason for other people to join you
4) What incentives are you offering the early members to keep them interested
5) Can you say "no" to people you are close friends with when they are in the wrong

Slightly off topic I know, but I thought the 5 that other guy posted were garbage
