Monthly Top 5

Z8Games should create some type of monthly leaderboard for
the top 5 best players of the month; these top players will receive
an exclusive in-game spray (30 days) and name-card
(30 days), along with a ribbon.



Solution to Farmers/Hackers

Top 5 accounts are investigated. If any strange activity is
noticed, they will be disqualified.

Obviously there will be lots of flaws in this idea. Feel free to
suggest some of the flaws, and possibly solutions if you can.
This idea just gives the better players of Crossfire an objective.

Perhaps you could add another solution for that problem? I understand
they will have the advantage, but my solution would seem to be the best
way to do it. Farmers are usually quite obvious.

I agree with Giggles. There isn't a for sure way to see if they're farming or hacking unless you have hard evidence. And as another thing, (I feel I can't stress this enough...) farming is allowed! While Z8 does not condone it, there is no problem with it, so disqualifying people due to farming would be invalid.

Once someone is identified as a farmer, they could be added to the List of known farmers. Anyone on said List will never be considered for Top 5 of the Month.

How can you establish a "top-player" though?
I mean farmers will collect most of the kills, so we can't base it off kills.
Farmers will also have a high K/D...
It's a great idea if there was no farming though. :l

It's a good idea in theory but that's alot of work to sort legit players from corrupt ones.

Thanks for bringing this up!

- Escapes
- Plants/Defuses
- Games Played
- Game Time (amount of time the player has put into playing maps, lobby doesn't count)
- Badges Earned (?)

These are just a few ideas of course, some of them may not be plausible.

Again, it seems people don't understand what I'm getting across. We cannot exclude farmers from the top 5! No matter how much we dislike them it's not against any current rules to farm. Excluding them would mean segregating part of the CF Community. And for what reason? They wouldn't be doing anything wrong; it's like not letting a certain group of people participate because they play Mutant Modes.

If there was a way to remove kills from counting in any locked or pass worded room, like MM. HMX and ZM. The Farming would stop and this idea would be great. So find a way to remove kills from KDR for any locked or pass worded room = NO more farming.

nah they would find ways around it, like filling up an unlocked 16 room
