Missing shell DLL cshell.dll.

Hello,

Since the "Nightfall" patch i ever recieve this Error:

Missing shell DLL cshell.dll.

I can can open the launcher as normal as i could before the patch, HGW gamewatcher load normaly too but then i get the error.

I did a screenshot too but i don't know how to upload it here..

Help me please
