I don't know which team he is. I only contact with Jon himself for sponsorship stuff and no idea who is in his team.

And all members does not put his team[tag] before his name and I don't play CF either, I just pick the guy from member list.

If you have a better idea, I'd like to hear and make it more fair.

to make it more "fair" instead of names u pick numbers, give a number to everyone but you have to make sure u don't know the names of the players number u pick... if that makes any sense.
