account got hacked

i have problem after my main account got hacked i cant open it, so cant send z8games a message through support center of anyone can help i have information that would prove that its my account such as IP address and zb transaction and sure my information
is there any way i can talk or email z8games to get it back.

The original email connected to the account is the best way to prove that it is yours.
Send a support ticket with the email, the date the account was made, previous passwords, account name, credit card numbers used to buy ZP, and security questions and answers.



Now there are only 2 likely ways to lose account to someone else:
1. You downloaded something with a keylogger or played on a computer with one.
2. You gave out your information whether you knew you did or not.

He was talking about having a account no longer under his control, not that it was banned.
But still, these types of things aren't meant for the forums.

thnx vatav but how can i send the ticket if cant open the account that was hacked
because am talking through my second account
