Just wondering where did all the variants of LL come from? the original ll, usa, eu, uk..

are some of these just made by random people or was it decided there should be seperate teams for both eu and uk?

yeah other than the original ll and the usa one i never knew any others existed til i saw someone from the 'UK' one speaking some foreign language in a lobby, lol.
