I can't buy "Increase CLAN Size +5" even if my clan has enough ZP!!!!

Hi,one minute ago I tried to buy from Item Mall "Increase CLAN Size +5".My clan balance is 1504 ZP,and the item costs 1280 ZP.When I push the button "BUY NOW" nothing happends...The page remains the same,with the button "BUY NOW".So I pressed it again,and again....and nothing happends....WHY???Why can't I buy an item with that 20% discount? My clan has enough ZP to buy it,but the site doesn't make the transaction.What can I do???

Can a GM explain my what happens...?The days with 20% discount will expire and I won't be able to buy with this discount...Is not fair......

Use Clan bank money ?

Yes I did.I've selected Clan Account,and the computer made the clan balance that will remain after i buy.I bought once the 5 members slot so I know how it should work. But after this patch I do all I need to do to buy it and nothing happens...I press the button "BUY NOW" and nothing happens...I just can't buy it!!!The transaction is not possible.....

i think i saw a post saying bp was down, so now if everyone's gonna buy zp for 20 percent off it must be glitching again. Just wait a while, try again.
