Pls fix the redirection to "Z8 Games Announcements" at the login

Hello,
every time I login into the board, I get redirected to "Z8 Games Announcements". This is very annoying, as mostly there is no important/current information there, and I have to click my way back to the original topic where I was before logging in to write a reply.
I haven't found a way do disable that. If there is a such way, please tell it to me.
If there is no such way, please fix that. Really important and current information can be displayed via global announcements, so the redirecting is just annoying and has little use.

Yeah it's so annoying everyone gets it.
Just login at the home page and your fine.

Like call2death did said just login at home page and all it will be fine.

You just click login, and instead of waiting, click Barracks.

I suppose it's there so you can be updated on the new rules etc.

Well,
as I said, really important and current things could be displayed via global announcements, so that they are always visible. It would be far less annoying than the current solution.
