control problem

first,hello to everyone,I hope you guys will help me how to solve this problem

now let's go to my problem...

...i was using a Vista and now i switch to Windows 7...now i can't move to the right side,i press "d" and nothing,i press chat and than "d" and it works ??

I go on controls and I always see "right-d",that means that moving to right is on button d but it doesn't work ?

I really like this game and this is a huge problem,how to play when i can't go on right side...I don't want to dowload game again bcz now it's downloading a 4 parts or there is some easier way ?

p.s sry all bcz of my bad English,Im Croatian
