If you downloaded the Crossfire setup using a torrent, uninstall Crossfire from your computer completely* and then go download one of the official downloads (from east or west coast).

*Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Click Crossfire En, and click Uninstall

If you want to re-download it download it with crossfire loader not TORRENT
