Fps drop?

My normal fps averages about 50-70 according to the room size. After the patch, when i go on my main im getting like 20-25 fps constant in every room. But when i go on my alt, im still getting 50-70. Which i dont understand how its different on accounts, any idea whats wrong?

FPS has dropped a lot, but I'm just going to give it a few days because they had just changed much of the game code and implemented a new anti-hack.
