New Section

I see around hundreds of threads over all the different sections a day where people ask other forumers for advice. It can be all from "What is the best settings to increase the FPS?" to "What mouse should I get?". So why not make them an own section, a section called "Advice and Opinions". I know some of you will say, "There's already one called Crossfire Technical Support". But what I am talking about is a section where you can get advice for everything, even things non-related to any of the games. Simple as that.
