Missions, wins.

I'm sure missions are meant to be a personal thing that you can get by yourself. If so why would include getting "wins" in a certain map, it just seems illogical. For tdm it doesn't really matter was maps are pretty much symmetrical on each side, but for something like ghost mode it matters a lot.

Whenever a mission for wins occurs a couple of things happen:
Hackers simply don't get kicked because people want to win.
People instantly rush plant, effectively making the game faster and less fun
For ghost mode only, people seem to constantly go on to the bl side and for em though go to gr (I think it's gr anyway, whoever defends first)
Everything goes down to 5 rounds, 100 kills, 6 escapes, this also means the games are much more faster and less enjoyable.

All these things have a huge negative impact on the community, it allows hackers speed around the map, and yet not be kicked. But there is a simple solution, make missions a more personal thing, ie getting a certain amount of kills/games in or make new things up like 10 sniper headshots, 5 kills in one round etc. You could have real fun with something like that, something that's a challenge as well as fun, not something that just takes time and is a bore.
