Who would have ever thought that people would WANT an m16? People hated having it as a default weapon, but now that they put an advanced version in the black market, people are actually spending all their gp to get it lolz. I just think its ironic how such an unpopular gun is now so prized and craved after :P

Say the Deagle Camo and Gold we GP Perm Iteams.
And the Normal Deagle was in a crate and it was called Desert Eagle Classic.
People would spend money to get it coz it's rare.

M16 was never a bad gun, decent damage and spray pattern, it's just plain and gets outshined by every other gun. Add a scope, a bigger clip, and a bit of accuracy and I see why people would clamor for it.
I know it was never bad. I used it for a loooong time. Even after I got the staff sgt 30k gp bonus. But you're right. It's just too plain. -

I agree with FallOutt here. None of these "new" weapons are really worth it. They don't measure up to the good weapons we already had. They are more decorative weapons, than a functional ones.Lol thats true another useless weapon that people dont realize, itll die out in a week or so.
The Winchester is a XM1014 that uses bullets instead of shotgun shells, and the M16-scope is exactly that, an M16 with a scope. I didn't like using my regular M16, and I doubt a scope is going to change that, and a shotgun without the spread is called a Desert Eagle.
The Tommy gun (Thompson) however has two good things about it. A 60 round clip, and the fastest firing rate of all SMGs. Other than this, its not worth having. Its accuracy is all over the place, which is bad for a weapon of such low power. -
I never hated my M16, I quite liked it, I found it a headshot monster (70-80% of my headshots were probably done with the M16). It was just plain and everything would overshadow it. But now it has a larger clip size and a scope it's going to be loved. As for the Thompson, it's firing rate is awesome and so is the 60 round magazine. I just don't like the recoil and accuracy, it's bad. Nevertheless though it is quite a good gun. Hate the winchester though, it's just ugh.

All SMGs do though anyway. The Thompson has always been a good gun, and is still quite formidable today. I believe Hezbollah, the Tamil Tigers and FARC still have them. It's got a fast rate of fire, it's powerful, it's decently accurately (but recoil offsets this) and it's got capacity. It's just expensive, quite recoil plagued and heavy. It does get style points though.

Any gun made famous through Mafia movies, gets style points. Why do you think people are still begging for the SOCOM M4A2/M203. Scarface? Duh...All SMGs do though anyway. with my experiance, the accuracy is decent for an smg, but where it shines is control.
You can keep her held down and she will fire straight (at medium and close range) and just
mow down anyone that you fail to headshot. No need to burst at all except at long range,
which the gun will just fail misserably with its 32 damage bursts.
Was fooling around with it, and was surprised... it is a viable gun. A fine Scrim/Pub gun
that is fun to play around with, but good enough to do some damage. For this gun, its
all about exploiting its amazing clip and control
