allow spectator to write while in game ??

No they cannot, they can only see gameplay, they cant see people type too, other clan, wispers.

Nope, if someone was 1v1 they can be informed where the enemy was.

and if it were an echo 8 scrim and the caster was observing he could also help the team/friends he's more close with.

Make private room. Only 1 VS 1 no other people join. That way no one can help.

LoL in 1v1 if u want u can inform ur teammate over the some king of communication program (ts3) :O

Ya but for the people who don't have any sort of communication program can type it out to there teammates.

They can't type if they're watching the game. They have to alt tab ever time which can give you error

They can just left click =D, and only watch there opponents screen. Allowing them to type

Spectator chat could work if the spectators could only chat amongst themselves and whisper people outside of the match. The players they are watching wouldn't be able to see their chat. And I guess the spectators would have to be unable to whisper the players and vice versa. Anyway, it is the way it is. I doubt they'll change it.
