I wanna get rid of them to use 1200 resolution in crossfire. Anybody able to xfire me and TV me and fix it for me?

I have laptop, before I restore my computer, it was like that, after a month (maybe I download something) it went to full screen. Now that I restored my laptop its with black bars, my friend's laptop also has it, but he uses a monitor so its full screen.

Short form: use a monitor.
