Do***ebag ribbon?
Should Z8 make a "do***ebag ribbon"? (might want to rethink the name....) You would get this ribbon by, well, being a do***e. For example, I was just in a museum TDM. And, well....
(Got my first knife 8 kill too
For potential a**holes out there - I was not only facing 5 noobs - there were several lts that neglected to stay the whole match)
That kind of thing should earn you something, no?
So in addition to the knifing during a sniper match, what else should be rewarded with a do***e ribbon? (Watch all the snipers flame me for A) being a do***e.
Giving noobs an incentive to knife during sniper-only matches. C) Ruining the game, ectectect)

Nah, that would promote knifing in Sniper-only matches. so, a bad idea.
I would rather see such a ribbon for getting a 1.000 team kills or something. Its a lot harder to kill a team mate with a nade. Especially when you try and do it on purpose and get kicked for it. -

Last thing we need is promoting team kills. Than there will be ever more noobs that will nade you at beginning of each match at S&D or spam nades on you in Egypt. -

I'm not proposing it yet, I'm looking for ideas about what it should count for. And I said we should think of a new name, my naming skills... they suck. lol. -

this is asking to be flamed...but is also in the wrong section, as 9 pointed out.

Okay... so we already have badges that account for # of kills per weapon type (melee, sniper, rifle, SMG, etc).
Maybe you're looking at creating another ribbon similar to:
"BOW TO MY LEETNESS"
You have Earned at least an Elite Grade B in-game badge
So this new one in turn... accounts for those who achieved at least a Elite Grade A in-game badge?

Dropped by this thread for this reason basically.
We can't make a ribbon that would promote any sort of behavior that would impact the experience in a negative way.
While yes, veteran players would probably get a ribbon like this (say for team 'nade kills) and be done with it, there would be a constant influx of new users who are trying to get the ribbon.
The example is the ribbon that we tried for forum posts, and saw that no matter what number we picked for the 'goal', we couldn't stop the spam. This would happen in the game if we picked some sort of "team death kdr" or "team 'nade kills". You would just join a game and it would be people trying to purposely kill you with grenades.
Those types ribbons are actually 'coded' already, but we never released them because of what it would do to the game once we saw how popular ribbons were becoming. -
Good point Saidin. 9, I agree that we need a new ribbon for grade A's....
But what if there were "hidden" ribbons? Stuff that shows up on the guide page, but the text reads "Mystery Ribbon - You'll get this ribbon through normal gameplay". Then, when the condition is met, they get the ribbon, but don't know what they got it for. An incentive to play more, and to get some of these, ahem, negative ribbons without the noob spam...
