Item Mall and BP Shop Problems on November 26th

From about 11am on Thursday November 26th until about 12pm November 27th we experienced a bug with the purchase of some package items and items from the BP shop.

As as result points were taken OUT of players account balances but the item (or items) was never delivered to the player in game.


We have since corrected this bug and the Web Item Mall will be functioning properly very soon.

Players affected by this bug will receive a full refund of their points and they will be able to re-buy the items at that time. There will be a very small amount of people who will not receive their points back because their transaction happened right at the time the bug was introduced. For anyone that does NOT receive their points back please submit a support ticket detailing what they bought or how many points they used up.
