What are good bandicam settings, so that it isn't blurry when you watch what you recorded?

if this matters i get like 130-150 fps in 5v5

First go to the FPS tab and uncheck "Set Fps Limit".

Fullsize (change this to 800x600 if you lag)
30.00 fps (the fps needs to be around 20-30 or higher for it to look smooth)
60 quality (you can raise or lower the quality to your liking)

Change the audio codec to PCM to be able to see the sound in Sony Vegas.
