GP Crates

I bought 2 packs of 6 GP crates and when I clicked "Buy Now" it log me out and took me to another page and said something like "Sorry this page is unavailabe at the moment.." and more writing but I cant remember. I logged in and found out my BP was gone so I tried again, same thing happened. I logged in CF and there was no crates, I went to check the Z8 site and went to "My Items" and there was nothing. I bought the crates yesterday (I think?) and still haven't got them.
