"failed to connect to server"

When i downloaded the patch and started crossfire up but as soon as the logon screen showed immediatley it said failed to connect to server. Also i already tried redownloading it same results

does it say "faile to connect to server" or "failed to connect ot test server"

im having the same problem havnt been able to play since the new patch! its really annoying the crap out of me now!
