Fps Stuff

I've been searching but i'm always getting errors, so i'll ask it here...


I bought a new laptop that has 4x more power than the last one. In the old laptop i had 20-45 fps, in this one I've 50-100, i'm using game booster and i don't run another program besides cf.. Can i reach some stabble fps like 90 or 120? something along those numbers ...

50 - 100 is no different then 90 - 120. So really there is no difference.
