problem with downloading new patch

help ... i downloaded the new patch but in the end a pop up came out saying *failed to get hgw url* if some one could help me pls cos i really want to play cross fire

yea that seems to be the main issue right now...

...turn off you antivirus and try it again let us know how it went.

sry typo error the message said *failed to get hgw server url* and btw i tried to reinstall and reboot com but nothing worked
