New Winchester rifle not working

won it (yay) went in game with it in my 3rd bag, selected thta bag and out came my anaconda,.. went through all my nades ect and it wasent there its in my bag but you cant use it,.. i have some pics ill try upload

trying to select it i know its faint but if u can see the main weapon slot is empty

M16 scope camo failed

I won M16 scope camo but when i get it from my bag it's P90

Ok I restart game and it's ok.

strange,.. when i loged in it dissapead from my bag,.. when i put it back in it worked -_-

Definitely double check to make sure your bags are activated and that the weapon is actually in there. We haven't heard of a problem with any of the bags and/or joining games. But we'll track it to see if this is a larger issue that needs to be fixed.

This hasn;t only happened with the M16. The first game I joined my M4 Custom was missing and I only had Deagle and nade bag. I just left and came back and it was fixed.
